Priority registration available
We have an accessible priority registration area, especially for those who need faster service without waiting in line. Just head to this area when you pick up your badge, and our team will assist you quickly and efficiently.
Best Practices Guide
We have widely distributed the Inclusion and Best Practices Guide to all suppliers and service providers for the event. We do not tolerate any form of discriminatory conduct or harassment. Discrimination is not tolerated. It is EVERYONE’S responsibility to act with ethics and integrity.
Accessible restrooms
We have accessible restrooms in all event pavilions, ensuring the comfort of all ROG.e participants.
Accessible elevators
We have dedicated elevators for people with disabilities in both the Exhibition Halls and the Convention Center. These elevators are easily accessible and clearly marked for your convenience.
Free Kit
The Kit Livre is an amazing solution that transforms any manual wheelchair into an electric tricycle. The Kit is subject to availability based on demand.

To ensure that everyone can participate and learn, all of our lectures and panel discussions feature Brazilian Sign Language interpreters.
Golf carts
We have boarding points outside, located on the walkway between the pavilions.
